  • The entire faller bar is made from case hardened steel, with ends specially extra-hardened,ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
  • Pins are manufactured from a special alloy-based tooling steel, offering significantly enhanced wear resistance compared to conventional high carbon steel pins.
  • Metallic strips for faller bars are securely fixed using glue or soldering,ideal for hard fibres and eliminating any risk of pins or strips dislodging during operation.
