  • Key Responsibilities
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels (both domestic and international).
    • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders in the CRM system.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including follow-ups and documentation.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers for export shipments and documentation.
    • Manage and update price lists, customer master data, and product catalogs.
    • Provide after-sales support by handling customer complaints or feedback and forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
  • Desired Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar sales support or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented business.

    Procurement & Routine Purchases
    • Handle routine procurement of materials such as steel wires, aluminium extrusion, and packaging materials.
    • Ensure timely purchase to meet production schedules and inventory norms.
    • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

    Vendor Development & New Product Development
    • Develop vendors for engineering spare parts and components to support ongoing and new product development.
    • Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendors for quality, reliability, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with R&D and production teams for sourcing components in line with new product requirements.

    International Sourcing & RFQ
    • Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) and identify potential suppliers for international trade business.
    • Explore and evaluate global sourcing opportunities to ensure competitive pricing and superior quality.
    • Establish long-term relationships with overseas suppliers.

    Supply Chain & ERP Implementation
    • Implement latest practices in stock and store management to optimize material flow and reduce wastage.
    • Work closely with stores, logistics, and production teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
    • Drive ERP implementation across all supply chain functions, ensuring accuracy in data entry and process compliance.
  • Desired Skills
    • Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
    • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in purchasing / sourcing in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
    • Knowledge of raw materials such as copper, steel, aluminium, and packaging.
    • Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.
